Terms of Service

Welcome to Xpriza. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xpriza website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Xpriza raffle, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into such an agreement in your jurisdiction and that you accept these Terms. You represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. The Service

Xpriza provides a provably fair crypto raffle service. Users can purchase one or more entries for a chance to win a portion of a predetermined prize pool. The winner selection process is conducted algorithmically using public blockchain data to ensure transparency and fairness.

  • Entries: All entry purchases are final and non-refundable. Transactions are processed via third-party cryptocurrency payment gateways and recorded on their respective blockchains. Xpriza is not responsible for any transaction failures, delays, or fees.
  • Provably Fair: Our system uses a deterministic algorithm based on publicly verifiable blockchain data (such as transaction hashes, block numbers, and timestamps) to select winners. This process ensures that the outcome is not manipulated by any party, including Xpriza.

3. User Accounts and Conduct

An account is created for you upon your first purchase to track your entries and referral status.

  • Account Information: You are required to provide an email address and may provide a display name. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • User Conduct: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using automated scripts to interact with the Service, attempting to manipulate the raffle outcome, or impersonating other users.
  • Display Names: Display names must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to change or remove any display name that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate. Certain usernames are reserved for administrative and demonstrative purposes and may not be registered by users.

4. Referral Program

Users may participate in our referral program. For every five (5) unique users who make a qualifying first-time purchase using your unique referral link, you will be granted one (1) free entry into the raffle. Xpriza reserves the right to review referral activities for fraudulent behavior and to disqualify entries or suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. XPRIZA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL XPRIZA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

Participation in the raffle involves financial risk. The value of cryptocurrency prizes can be volatile. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xpriza operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
